H&H Construction Group was established in partnership with Astonhill with a straightforward philosophy, to provide & deliver good quality residential developments to the North West.

Under the Astonhill Group, H&H will focus on residential construction for trusted partners and Housing Associations across the North West, alongside its own private residential developments.

Directors

Josh Marrs

Josh’s expertise surrounds the delivery of projects during the construction phase specifically, having previously led a career as a main contractor delivering one off house builds to high rise apartment schemes across Manchester city centre. Josh also formally ran a successful project management consultancy practise in Greater Manchester, 5-years prior to establishing H&H Construction Group, where he managed projects varying from £200k commercial refurbishments to £15m high rise residential schemes.

Alex Ewart

Alex’s experience in property development is diverse, initially renovating individual projects after university studies; Alex then went onto fully develop multi-unit projects of his own. Alex’s expertise resides in, planning, below ground construction and sales. He previously ran his own successful groundworks business working contractor side on numerous multi-residential and commercial projects across Greater Manchester & Cheshire. Prior to the establishment of H&H, Alex worked as Director for a high-end property developer based in and around Chester.
